ADX Index Advances during the Early Trade

The ADX General Index advanced during the first couple of hours trading on Sunday 9th Feb 2014. The index wavering above the break even line added 88.42 points or 1.87 percent, reaching at 4,810.14 levels.

Industrial sector showed a growth of 5.03 percent. Services and Energy followed it with 2.7 percent each.

Advancers outnumbered the declining stoks with a margin of 24 to 5.

Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company topped the chart of gainers’, surging 14.99 percent.

Union Insurane Company led the chart of losers’ dropping 10 percent.
