The Board of Directors of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company, in its meeting held on 24/11/2014, resolved to recommend to the Extra-ordinary General Assembly an increase in the capital of the Company through a rights issue with a total value of Five Hundred Million Riyals, subject to obtaining the approvals of the competent regulatory authorities and the Extra-ordinary General Assembly on the size of the capital increase and setting the price and the number of shares to be issued. The objective of the capital increase is to expand the Companys business and fund its expected projects.

Eligibility for the rights shall be for shareholders registered in the Company Shareholders Register as at the end of the trading day on which the Extra-ordinary General Assembly will be held. The date of the Extra-ordinary General Assembly will be announced at a later stage.
