BankMuscat recently reduced the home loan interest rate to a range between 4.75 per cent and 7 per cent and increased the maximum loan tenure for Omani customers from 25 years to 30 years. For expatriate customers, the maximum loan tenure has been increased from 20 years to 25 years while the interest rate has been reduced to a range between 4.75 per cent and 7 per cent.
