Bahrain’s leading telecoms services provider Batelco said it has won a high-level certification from Cisco, one of the world’s leading ICT providers, in recognition of its achievements in meeting the company's rigorous standards.
The Cisco Silver certification requires Batelco to demonstrate internal technical expertise and a measurably high level of customer satisfaction, validated by a third-party auditor.
Batelco said it has major Cisco implementations in government, corporate, small and medium enterprises and accordingly has the capability to deliver customized integrated solutions to meet their customers’ demand.
Furthermore, Batelco engineers have the qualifications and hands-on expertise to design and deploy secure cost-effective business solutions.
Batelco general manager (Enterprise & Government Division) Adel Al Daylami said the company was delighted to receive the key certification from Cisco in recognition of a number of capabilities in delivering innovative solutions for customers.
'Cisco Silver Certification recognizes Batelco for its broad technical skills and advanced specializations. In order to achieve the silver certificate, Batelco has invested in training and development of its internal resources in sales, presale and delivery and assurances areas, to deliver and support Cisco solutions.'
