As of 13:00 UAE time the Dubai Financial Market, Dubai’s main stock index, has fallen sharply by five per cent based on global investor sentiment.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) fell 5.42 per cent as of 13:00 UAE time to 4693.34 points, led by Emaar Properties, which fell 5.24 per cent. This follows some recovery from an earlier dip today of seven per cent.
Other notable Dubai stocks which have fallen are Arabtec, down 6.89 per cent, Dubai Investments, down 7.54 per cent, Gulf Finance House, down 7.76 per cent, and Tabreed, down 7.27 per cent.
