UAE's leading telecom services company Etisalat has launched a special smartphone sale starting from today (April 24) offering up to 60 per cent discount on a wide range of models to both its post-paid and prepaid mobile customers for a limited period.

The mega promotion will be on at Etisalat’s select business centres and key retail outlets in the UAE, said a statement from the company.

Brands available for customers to choose from include Apple , Samsung, Lenovo, Mi, Hisense and Sony. Select models will also be available for purchase online with free delivery.

Products include popular flagship smartphone models from the leading brands as well as Samsung Gear S2 smart watches to complement to the technology.

The range includes the popular models from Mi which Etisalat presents exclusively in retail. These devices offer consumers outstanding performance and strong specs at a value price appealing to the masses, said the company in its statement.

Commenting on the sale, Etisalat’s chief consumer officer, Khaled ElKhouly, said: "Our smartphone sale will offer amazing discounts on popular devices, giving our mobile customers the chance to get their hands on a new device of choice."

"It’s a great opportunity for those who are seeking to upgrade or change to a new handset to enjoy nationwide connectivity on Etisalat’s high-speed, high-quality networks," he noted.

Thanks to Etisalat’s 4G LTE network, the fastest and widest in the country, Etisalat’s mobile customers enjoy turbo speeds of up to 300 Mbps, noted ElKhouly.

Etisalat’s 4G LTE network covers nearly 93 per cent of the country’s populated regions, he added.
