KSE ends trade on mixed board

Trading at Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) for Sunday ended on a mixed board as the weighted index came to 394.01 points on a slip of 0.6 points, and the price index gained 9.38 points to read 5,732.99 points, while the KSX 15 index slipped to 947.62 points, losing 2.88 points.

Trades came to 1,928 transactions and brought value to 13,820,114.303 Kuwaiti dinars with 80,368,869 shares changing hands till end of session. Sector indices were also a mix upon closing. Biggest gain of 10.07 points was seen in health care, while biggest loss of 6.85 points was suffered by the technology index. Unchanged were both the utilities and investment instruments indices.

Gainer share was Kuwait Medical Services, biggest loser was Contracting and Marine Services, while top-volume share of the day slot went to Abyaar Real Estate Development.

Meanwhile, the price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) went up by 9.16, reaching 5,732.77 points, in early trading on Sunday. The weighted index dropped 0.42 points recording 394.19 points at 11:40 a.m. The KSX 15 index slipped 1.69 points to reach 948.81 points. Meanwhile, number of trades reached 456, value of traded stocks KD 2,527, 351.898 and volume of exchanged shares reached 18,614,482.
