The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange started the week's trading dropping 10.2 points to read 6,614.9 points by 9:20 a.m. Sunday. The weighted index also lost 2.91 points to read 402.1 points.
Trades came to 167 transactions, worth KD 1,659,560 with 6,865,000 shares changing hands.
The market closed in red at the end of last week, on Thursday, with the price index reading 6,625.1 points.
