Two extraordinary real estate developments in Bahrain will be showcased at the upcoming Gulf Property Show, to be held in the kingdom next month.
Impact Estate, which provides a wide range of services from property management to sales and marketing, will be showcasing Amwaj Waves and Zawia 3 Tower, both located in the heart of Amwaj Islands.
Amwaj Waves, a luxurious residential complex, comprises two 13-storey and two seven-storey towers defined by stunning contemporary architectural design.
The project offers spacious two-and three- bedroom apartments, alongside four luxurious penthouses.
According to Impact Estate, the complex also boasts an incredible range of recreational features including 3,500 square metre landscape platform, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, three fully equipped gyms, and separate pools for children and adults.
Located close to the waterfront, Amwaj Waves is also within walking distance of the Lagoon, a recreational hub with an array of shops and restaurants.
The landscaped complex also incorporates fountains, Koi ponds, six barbecue areas, a jogging track and a children's play area.
"This is a very unique and prestigious project, delivering the best of both worlds by combining a bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle with an island living experience," the project developer, Lona Real Estate's projects director Chris Woodrow, said.
"Special pre-launch prices will be released at the Gulf Property Show, starting at BD92,257 for a two-bedroom unit," Amwaj Waves marketer Impact Estate's managing director Oksana Konyshevska said.
"The residential free-hold building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2015, with fully furnished show apartments available for viewing now."
Impact Estate has also been appointed to market Zawia 3 Towers, another prestige development in the Nardin Properties portfolio, which already includes the Zawia 1 and 2 Towers, Alia Mansions and Amwaj Homes.
Zawia 3 is a multi storey residential tower with 239 luxury modern apartments of one-, two- and three bedrooms, and five bedroom duplex penthouses with private swimming pools.
The apartments are, say Impact Estate - the tower's facility management company and exclusive sales and rentals agent - ergonomically designed to exhibit unparalleled exclusivity, integrating fine finishing as well as top-of-the-range furniture carefully chosen by designer Zahraa Mohammed Haji and materials personally hand-selected by Haji Gallery, who will also be showcasing their finest products at GulfInteriors exhibition, which will run alongside Gulf Property Show.
Offering residents panoramic sea and city views, Zawia 3 Towers feature lavish facilities including the Amwaj Islands' largest swimming pool, two children's pools, two gyms (ladies and gents), steam and sauna rooms, parking for all units, and an elegant reception area with integrated convenience shops.
"Zawia 3's prime location, close to the Lagoon Park, allows residents to indulge in the diversity of restaurants, cafes and spa facilities or to simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the shops," Ms Konyshevska added.
"Amwaj Islands is the perfect destination for residents looking for outstanding quality of living in a quiet and healthy atmosphere, with sea views yet close to the bustling city centre of Manama."
Gulf Property Show takes place alongside GulfInteriors and GulfBID exhibitions, delivering the biggest integrated business-to-business showcase for the construction, interiors and property sectors ever staged in the Northern Gulf. The three shows will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from May 6 to 8.
