Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) continues offering “Mobily Protect” program for smartphones, enabling subscribers to repair or replace their smartphones and getting another one.

“Mobily Protect” program is a unique repair and replace service provided for postpaid subscribers who can order it from Mobily outlets when purchasing any smartphones that valued SR1,900 or more, for only SR49 monthly fee. Accordingly, subscribers can enjoy “Free” trial for the first 30 days of subscription for normal postpaid customers and 60 days for” Raqi” customers.

Mobily said this service allows its customers to obtain guaranteed repairs and protection for their smartphones against accidental damages which are not covered by manufacturer warranty like; cracked screens, liquid and other damages uncovered by the warranty.

This service has been introduced for the first time in the Kingdom in continuation of Mobily’s efforts to diversify provided services to its customers.
