The joint initiative of Oman’s Oil & Gas Industry to implement a ‘single window’ joint supplier registration system (JSRS) has gone live.

The JSRS has been launched with an objective to improve the supplier registration process among the operators of oil & gas, with the operators coming together to collectively implement this prestigious Omani Initiative. This ‘single window’ registration system for the entire oil and gas industry of Oman aims to help all suppliers (national and international) to have a uniform registration mechanism to connect to the oil & gas opportunities across the Sultanate and the registration on this system is made mandatory for any supplier wanting to connect with the oil & gas operators in Oman.

The JSRS is a national project supported by the Oman Ministry of Oil & Gas under the In-Country Value (ICV) Initiative and is developed and implemented by Business Gateways International LLC (BGI), an Omani SME based in the Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM). This unique online system provide a host of features for the suppliers with tight integration to the Oman National Business Framework of Business Gateways such as company profile, industry tender feeds, external company profile, mail, chat etc.
