The Qatar Exchange in the green area Thursday adding 69.30 points or 0.83% to 8,456.17 points from the previous closing of 8,386.87. The volume of shares traded up to 16,751,762 from 13,301,390 on Wednesday and the value of shares was increased to QR485,531,719.91 from QR312,911,827.90 Wednesday. Top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 1.55% to QR137.20,Barwa rose 1.70% to QR35.85, Electricity and Water gained 3.45% to QR137.90 and National Leasing up by 2.85% to QR39.70. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector gained 101.45 and the Insurance sector added 46.66 points. The Qatar industrial sector up 77.80 points and the Services sector was rose 52.80 points.
