QIC Insured, the retail arm of QIC — Qatar’s leading insurer just introduced a new service —Insurance-on-Call. With this unique service, customers simply need to call 8000742 or visit qic-insured.com to schedule a meeting with a QIC Insured personal insurance specialist, who assist customers with all motor insurance needs
Designed for added convenience to customers, the newly launched service assists customers with providing bespoke advice and assistance — right from selecting the best additional cover to buying or renewing comprehensive car insurance. In addition, the service also includes assistance with registering and managing motor insurance claims
“We’ve been running our self-service online platform successfully for long, providing customers with an easy-to-use and very fast and convenient way of buying and renewing insurances – however, we found that some of our customers feel a need for personal meeting to better being able to select the right covers; with the ‘Insurance-on-Call’, this can now be offered as easy as the online services; right in your home whenever, or wherever, you would need it”, explained Salem Al Mannai (pictured), Deputy Group President & CEO of QIC – Mena region.
Customers can now call 8000742 or visit qic-insured.com, fill up and submit an easy form with contact details, purpose of meeting, and the preferred location via Google maps. Once submitted, the customer receive a confirmation message and a QIC Insured personal insurance specialist would be available at the preferred time and place to assist the customer with the purchase or renewal of an existing QIC Insured comprehensive car insurance policy or registering and managing motor claims
