Saudi Cement Company Announces the Distribution of Dividend

The Board of Directors of Saudi Cement Company. has recommended, during the meeting held on 06 February 2014, the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period second half of financial year 2013 as following:

1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 535.5 Millions

2.Divided per share SAR 3.5

3.Divided represent 35% of the Face value.

4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the date of the forthcoming ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting expected to be held during March 2014, and which shall be announced later on.

5.Details of dividend distribution date : shall be announced later on.
