A strategic partnership of three major entities of construction, healthcare planning and engineering designs expertise has been formed to transform service delivery aiming to provide investors with comprehensive and professional service in creating global world-class healthcare facilities.

The partnership would equip Eurohealth Systems (EHS), Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) and Modular Concepts Electro Mechanical (ModCon) to jointly provide a comprehensive range of services from providing feasibility studies to market research, hospital consultancy and strategising, medical planning, design & construction, medical engineering planning & equipment installation, manpower sourcing, IT infrastructure planning & solutions and facility commissioning.

The co-ordinated delivery team of the three corporates would work upon the principles of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), driven on a Plan, Design, Build and Operate model.

The consortium aims at saving on time, cost and enhancing client experience by providing “A One Stop’ destination for the delivery of healthcare projects. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the partnership was signed between the three corporate entities in Dubai, UAE, recently.

Commenting on the partnership, Hanie Abdul Sathar, Director of Eurohealth Systems said: “Building and maintenance of a hospital is a multifaceted process requiring expertise of various levels. This alliance enables us to eliminate any outsourcing requirements where our integrated team of professionals work together to transform healthcare delivery to a project from the feasibility to the operational stage, efficiently.”

“Clients like Al Ain Cromwell Women and Children’s Hospital, Medcare Hospital & Speciality Centres, ASTER Hospital and Speciality Centres, Magrabi Hospital, Iranian Hospital and MIMS Hospital etc. have already utilized our services.”

“Partnering with Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Modular Concepts was a natural decision developing organically from our strong network. Both Shapoorji Pallonji and Modular Concepts have built their success based on trust, quality and excellence. They are established leaders in their respective fields, and we are very fortunate to strengthen our association with them. We are certain this will be a mutually rewarding partnership for not just ourselves but also for our clients,” he added.

Shapoorji Pallonji, a leader in designing and building projects, has built multiple healthcare facilities that have attained international levels of recognition. MD Saini, Managing Director and CEO of

Shapoorji Pallonji International, said: “The partnership with Eurohealth Systems and Modular Concepts is an extremely significant one, for it would revolutionize the way hospitals are conceptualized and built. The fact that all the required services in the development of a healthcare project would be offered by one integrated body, and a highly specialized one, means that substantial amounts of time and cost would be saved and absolute efficiency achieved.”

Commenting on the partnership, Manoj T Dharman, Managing Director of Modular Concepts said: “Medical engineering is a sector which is developing at a rapid pace. As a result, efficacy in this field becomes an absolute essential, with the need for a one-stop-solution provider. At the same time, medical engineering is cohesive with the overall development of a hospital, making it essential to establish seamless coordination with all aspects of hospital conceptualization and development. We are proud to work with the best in the field and form a consortium with Eurohealth System and Shapoorji Pallonji Group.”
