Traded value of shares on DFM drop 16 per cent in November

The value of shares traded on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) dropped 15.9 per cent to Dh23.3 billion in November.

The number of shares traded decreased by 17.7 per cent to reach 7.2 billion shares. The number of transactions executed during November came down 22.1 per cent to reach 130.6 thousands compared to 167.5 thousand deals carried out during the previous month.

The DFM General Index was down 5.8 per cent to 4,281.4 points at the end of November.
