(ABYAAR) is engaged in owning, trading, developing, and managing properties and land; owning and trading in real estate companies' shares and bonds in its favor only; owning, managing, renting, and leasing of hotels, health clubs, and tourist resorts, preparing and providing studies and consultations in various real estate fields. ABYAAR also invests its surplus funds in investment and real estate portfolios managed by specialized companies. Abyaar Real Estate Development Co. activities are carried out in accordance to Islamic Sharia.
