The company is engaged in owning shares of other Joint Stock & Limited Liability companies and participating in the establishing, managing, and acting as a guarantor for these companies. It also owns industrial patents such as industrial trade marks, royalties or any other related rights and franchises them to other companies / uses them in and outside Kuwait as well as owning real estate and movable property to conduct its operations. It further invests surplus funds in investment and real estate portfolios managed by specialized companies.
