Asian markets start the week on a subdued note

Most Asian markets are trading lower on Monday morning as fears persist about faltering global economic growth. Investors remain cautious ahead of the Italian and Spanish security auction on Tuesday, while doubts grow about whether there will be a major breakthrough at the EU summit later this week Shanghai Composite is down by 0.5% at 11:30am CST, while Nikkei 225 is trading 0.2% lower. Brent crude is holding above $91 per barrel mark, as about 25% of US offshore oil & gas output was shut ahead of a storm.
