Dallah Healthcare Company announces the start of construction works for the West Expansion of Dallah Hospital - Al-Nakheel by signing of structural constructions contract with Youssef Marroun Contracting Co. as follows:
1. the contract has been signed on 18/09/2017
2. The total value of the contract amounted to SR140 million including the structure and some MEP works.
3. Project will be started 25-09-2017
4. Capacity of this project is 150 beds and 30 clinics.
5. The project will be financed through the operations of the company and LT bank Murabahas lending.
6. Company expect to complete the contract by the second quarter of 2019
7. Date of Initial operations and expected effect on the company's operations will be announced later.
8. This contract does not entail any related parties.
