Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index almost remained stable registering a marginal gain of 0.16 points when the bourse closed trading at 9,065.34 points yesterday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 6.73 million from 5.63 million on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR127.75m from QR117.72m on Monday, reports QNA.
Out of the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 37 saw trading today. Of these 14 gained and 22 companies closed lower today, remained one companies unchanged.
Indices of four sectors ended in green and remained three sectors ended in red today. QSE Total Return Index gained 0.00 to 15,202.04 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index decreased 0.38 percent to 3,614.08 points and QSE All Share Index declined 0.15 percent to 2,560.92 points.
