Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed flat Wednesday, edging down just 3.79 points or -0.04 % when the bourse closed trading at 10,312.88 points.
The daily turnover today decreased to QR 324.28 Million with a volume of 8,071,438 shares from 5,274 deals compared to QR 393.29 Million with a volume of 10,733,815 shares from 5,690 on Tuesday.
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, shares of 39 saw trading today. From these 10 gained, 24 closed lower and five remained unchanged.
Indices of three sectors ended in the green today and four in red.
QSE Total Return Index gained +0.12% to 16,619.12 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index dropped -0.30% to 4,030.03 points and QSE All Share Index gained +0.04% to 2,865.54 points.
