Trading of Ajman Bank rights issue between May 22 and June 5

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said on Wednesday the rights issue of “Ajman Bank” is due to be tradable on the exchange between May 22 until June 5.

The opening price of the rights issue has been set at 39 Fils. Subscription to Ajman Bank new shares will take place May 30 till June 12 to increase the capital to Dh1.623 billion through the issuance of 500 million shares with an issue price of Dh1.35.

The rights issue will be free-floated on its inaugural day only, while price movement will be in line with DFM’s fluctuation range of 15% up and 10% down from day two until the end of the trading period.
