As Ras Al Khaimah National Insurance Co. Board of Directors Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday the 16th of February 2014, and given that this meeting time coincides with the trading session at ADX. Trading in RAKNIC shares will therefore be suspended from 10:45 AM on 16/02/2014 until ADX receives the meeting results.
All heads of departments in ADX are to execute this resolution all in their respective fields.
This resolution shall be circulated to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX.
