Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) have launched a new suite of customer friendly medical insurance products.

The colour coded medical product line will facilitate easier application for both corporate and individual medical insurance customers, with a multi-lingual medical authorization centre that provides 24 hour support.

ADNIC's enhanced medical insurance offering, provides customers with four tiers from which to choose; Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The revitalised product line is as a result of extensive market research, including feedback from leading brokers, customers and insurance partners conducted by ADNIC to understand the needs of customers and ensure that their requirements were best served.

Commenting on the improved medical insurance solutions, Walid Sidani, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), said, "Our product strategy is to continuously improve our range of products to ensure that customers requirements are met at all time. We have commenced this strategy through the enhancement of our medical insurance products. Moving forward, we intend to implement similar improvements on our other consumer insurance solutions."

The revitalised product provides customers with numerous benefits such as reimbursement of claims at actual cost outside the ADNIC network, increased annual cover limit up to AED 15 million, pre-existing or chronic medical conditions coverage up to the annual policy limit, at least 80 per cent of the medical pre-authorization requests are approved within four hours of ADNIC receipt, and customers being served by one of the largest local and global medical network.

ADNIC's intention is to make choosing a medical insurance product simple. The four tier classification system simplifies the product suite and enables corporate and individual customers to choose the product that best meets their needs through the provision of standardized products. Clients can apply for ADNIC's enhanced medical insurance products directly at ADNIC branches, website, call centre, or through their selected broker.
