Arabtec said on Monday it plans to schedule its board of directors meeting on March 23.The Dubai-based construction major's board will discuss about the annual general meeting, it said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market's website.

The company also plans to discuss business and its performance. Meanwhile, the company recently won projects more than Dh2 billion. Arabtec shares were down more than 3 per cent lower at Dh 1.67, while the Dubai index also ended lower.
