Aref Investment Group retreated to the lowest intraday level in seven years after the Kuwaiti investment company posted a full-year loss.
The shares declined 5.3 percent to 89 fils, the lowest since February 2003, at 9:30 a.m. in Kuwait City. The company has a market value of 94.5 million dinars ($328 million).
Aref reported a full-year loss of 127.6 million dinars after a 4.6 million-dinar profit a year earlier, according to a statement to the local bourse. The company recommended not paying dividend for 2009.
