Asmak International Fish Farming Holding Co. PJSC, a pioneer in aquaculture and seafood manufacturing and distribution, announced that it will further strengthen its frozen seafood product offering to increase its revenue. This was shared at its Annual General Meeting.
The company introduced the 'Asmak' brand of ready to eat fish products in the UAE in 2011 to various hypermarket and supermarket chains in the UAE.
The company which registered a net profit of Dhs21m for the fiscal year 2011 also started fish farm operations in Abu Dhabi and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also announced intentions to carry out the pilot production of Asian Sea Bass in 2012.
Asmak also intends to develop an integrated concept to produce seafood in partnership with leaders in the processed fish industry regionally and internationally.
A leading sea food supplier in the UAE, GCC and the region, Asmak Seafood Processing Company will be entrusted with the core responsibility of overseeing all food related business operations.
Leading a portfolio of a number of real estate projects, Emirates Stallion Properties LLC will focus on real estate development in line with the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision.
