Bahrain Ship Repairing & Engineering Company (BASREC) has signed a strategic agreement with Lumofy, an AI-powered talent development and competency management platform, as part of its commitment to adopting innovative digital solutions that enhance continuous learning and strengthen workforce capabilities.

Through this partnership, Basrec will be able to empower its employees by identifying and addressing skill gaps, building structured competency frameworks, and providing a comprehensive content library along with advanced talent assessments, said a statement from the company.
