1) Revue & approved the board of director's report for the year ended 31/12/2013.
2) Revue & approved the corporate governance report for the year ended 31/12/2013.
3) Revue the statutory auditor report and approved the statement of income and the financial position of the company as at 31/12/2013.
4) Approved the proposed cash dividends of 8.5% for the year ended 31/12/2013.
5) Approved the sitting fees paid to the board & committees members during the year 2013, and decided the fee for the year 2014.
6) Informed the AGM about the business transactions with related parties during the year2013.
7) The following were elected as a new board members for a term starting 2014:
