Doha Bank, appreciated and recognised outstanding performances of its employees by recently celebrating the monthly Employee Recognition Awards.

Dr R Seetharaman, CEO of Doha Bank, personally felicitated the employees from various disciplines and functions during the ceremony held in the presence of the Bank’s Senior Management in Doha Bank Tower’s Auditorium in West Bay.

Awardees included Asad Akhtar, Ashraf Abougary and Randy Garcia (Most Committed Employees). Catherine Pulayan and Sweeni Somaratne (Best Call-Center Agents). Mohamed Mostafa, Ramez Bayoumi and Dana Al Ghafri were acknowledged for their significant recovery efforts. City Center Branch was awarded the Best Branch and Doha Festival City Branch bagged the award of Best Branch for Retail Liabilities. Special award was given to the Best Cross Functional Team consisting of 21 employees from Retail Banking, Operations, IT, Finance, Operational Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance and Administration.
