The Board of Directors of National Gas and Industrialization Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period The second quarter of fiscal year 2015 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 26.25 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 0.35
3.Divided represent 3.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 30/06/2015
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 16/07/2015
