The AGM of Gulf Plastic Industries Co. SAOG shareholders was held on Tuesday, 18/03/2014 at 3 pm at Safeer Continental Hotel (Al Baraka Hall) and the following decisions were taken:-

It was unanimously decided to appoint Mr. Nasser Bin Hamed Bin Nasser Al Jabri as the secretary.

1. Approved the Director’s Report for the year ended 31st December 2013.
2. Approved the Corporate Governance Report and Management discussion and Analysis Report for the year ended 31st December 2013.
3. Approved the Auditor’s Report and approved the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2013.
4. The members were made aware of the dealings made by the company with related parties during the year ended 31st December 2013, (as attached).
5. Approved the sitting fees of RO. 13,700/= paid to the Board of Directors and its sub-committees (Audit Committee members) during the year ended 31st December 2013 and approved the increased rate of sitting fees for the year 2014 (RO. 450 per meeting for the Chairman and RO. 300 per meeting for other members).
6. Approved the proposal for paying RO.3000/- per annum to Social and charitable institutions for the year ended 31 Dec 2014.
7. Approved the appointment of M/s Grant Thornton as External Auditors for the year ending 31st December 2014 and fixed their remuneration at RO. 3,200/=
