Work is underway to hand over components of public facilities to government entities, as appropriatem, it stated.

Al Ahmadiah Contracting was granted the infrastructure tender and the project was completed within the scheduled timeframe. Developers can soon begin building construction work.

"We would like to express our appreciation to Al Ahmadiah Contracting, whose expertise has helped us complete this phase of the project at the high standards we expect and within the projected timeframe," remarked Al Ayyar.

He said that once all necessary handovers of public facilities to government entities are complete, developers - which includes its own real estate arm, United Real Estate - can begin construction work on land plots.
