Oman Chlorine management is pleased to announce the unaudited preliminary financial result for the nine months period ended September 30, 2013.
The company posted profit before tax of RO 2,807K for the nine months period ended Sep 30, 2013 as compared to RO 2,755K for the nine months period ended Sep 30, 2012.
The profit after tax for the nine months period ended Sep 30, 2013 amounted RO 2,452 K as compared to RO 2,420 k for the nine months period ended September 30, 2012.
The profit for the nine months period ended Sep 2012 includes transactions of net nonrecurring nature of RO 74K.
The profit after tax (excluding non recurring items) is higher by 4.53%.
The above preliminary results are subject to the approval by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
