SAUDI Airlines Catering Company (SACC) announced new vacancies for Saudis looking to continue on their career path and develop their skills and competencies.

Marschitz emphasized on Saudi Airlines Catering Company's diversification strategy which continues to evolve, identifying new business opportunities based on the company's core competencies assimilated to fast growing, emerging sectors in Saudi Arabia.
"We are committed to continuous improvement and innovation - not only in our services but also in our people, who stand as the backbone of SACC in providing outstanding levels of services maintained and reflected through our long distinguished long experience , rich culture and values", Marschitz added.
Saleh Seferji, Chief HR & Development, said "SACC's ambitious plan is to increase the number of Saudis by 26% in 2015 as a result of its business diversification and ongoing recruitment process. In December 2014, we launched our Management Training Program that aims to train and develop Saudi talent. Their function is vital to departments of SACC headquarters, regional units and SBUs."
All SACC are keen to conform to Saudi labor law policies and regulations. SACC employees, expatriates and Saudis, are entitled to a full medical coverage - for their families and themselves, as well as undergoing training courses locally and abroad, in addition to further increments such as flight and hotel discounts and other facilitations, Seferji said.
Saudi employees in specific are governed according to all decisions and regulations announced by the Ministry of Labor or Royal decrees - most recently the two months salaries paid to all permanent Saudi employees.
Currently SACC has around 4,000 employees working across different strategic business functions of the company. SACC aims at increasing this number with plans to further diversify its services and area of operations.
