Tasweek Real Estate Marketing and Development, an advisor and solutions provider for property markets, announced on Monday the preparation of a new $55 million (Dh202 million) mixed-use project in Morocco.

The project includes health, residential, retail, and tourism in the city of Agadir, and is the company's second project in the country after a private hospital.

The move is in line with Tasweek's global expansion strategy, and aims to encourage more investment opportunities between the UAE and Morocco.
