Qatar Fuel Company (WOQOD) announced that based on the Board of Directors' decision issued on 16/11/2025, and the approved Timetable of Nomination and Election Processes, effective from 12 noon, Thursday, January 8, 2026, the nomination door has closed.

In this regard, Saad Rashid Al Mohannadi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, stated that Nomination Committee will consider the applications received in the light of the terms and conditions, and then submit them along with the appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled to be held on 21/01/2026 to issue the appropriate resolutions.
