Al Ahlia wins contract to build largest Merc-Benz facility in Kuwait

Al Mulla Automobiles Company, a member of Al Mulla Group, and the sole authorised distributor and exclusive service partner for Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait, has signed up Al Ahlia Contracting Group (ACG) to build a lifestyle boutique store for the top German automotive brand.

Being set up on a total build-up area of 55,000 sqm, it will be largest Mercedes-Benz facility in the Middle East, said a statement from Al Mulla Group.

This strategic investment is set to become an iconic destination in the automotive industry in Kuwait merging luxury, advanced technology, and convenience into a single, seamless customer experience, it stated.

Strategically located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, the new Mercedes-Benz facility has been designed to offer customers a comprehensive and convenient destination for everything they would need for their luxury vehicles all in one location, including a spacious showroom; body shop and workshop; a spares parts retail store; a dynamic service reception area and a lifestyle boutique store.

The deal was sealed at a special signing ceremony held recently in the Headquarters of Al Mulla Group in the presence of the Board Member and CEO Talal A. Al Mulla and Al Ahlia Contracting Group Managing Partner Sami Khourshid.

On the key agreement, Al Mulla said: "We are pleased to announce our partnership with Al Ahlia Contracting Group on this milestone project that reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class automotive excellence in Kuwait. Digital Integration & Technology: A fully digitalized environment, enhancing the customer journey from vehicle selection to service tracking.
Five-Star Hospitality: A premium customer experience, with exclusive Maybach Lounge, barista services, and elegant waiting areas.
Delivery Bays for Sales & Service: 8 luxuriously appointed private delivery rooms, ensuring a smooth handover experience for new and serviced vehicles.
Kuwait Automotive Academy: A specialized training centre to develop automotive expertise and maintain excellence in service standards.

Featuring 155 work bays, the new workshop will boast the latest technology and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, precision and customer satisfaction.

"The Service Reception Centre will be a modern and welcoming space, offering customers a transparent service experience," said Al Mulla.

"Customers will enjoy a unique journey from the moment they arrive in the new digitalized service lobby. Inside, they will find over 20 private consultation lounges, extensive waiting areas and a five-star barista facility," he added.
