Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,936.37 points, marking an increase of 1.72 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the rise in the communication services sector, the financial sector and the consumer staples sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 871.28 points, marking an increase of 2.88 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 77 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,651,195 worth BD 748,626.

Investors traded mainly in the communications services sector, representing 47.42% of the total value of securities traded.
