According to the statistics provided by Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Brazil's flat steel exports amounted to 106,447 tonnes in November 2011, falling by 59.06% YoY. The revenue generated by these exports came to USD 109 million, down by 47.5% YoY.
Meanwhile, Brazil's steel billet exports amounted to 599,114 tonnes in November 2011, increasing by 2% YoY. The revenue generated by these exports came to USD 397.3 million, up by 31.2% YoY.
