The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed higher on Sunday by 119.46 points, or 1.09 percent, to reach 11,088.79 points.
During the session, a total of 112,401,360 shares were traded, with a value of QR 294,246,930.840, through 36,498 transactions across all sectors.
The session saw the shares of 29 companies rise, and those of 19 companies decline, while 6 companies maintained their previous closing price.
