Riyad Bank announces the appointment of Vice-Chairman of the Board

Riyad Bank announces the decision of its Board of Directors on its meeting held today on 25-12- 2017 appointing Mr. Gamal AbdulKareem Al Ramah (Independent member) as Vice-Chairman of the Board, until the end of the current term ending on 30/10/2019G, effective today 25-12-2017.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. Gamal AbdulKareem Al Ramah is also Chairman of the Audit Committee and member in Board risk Committee of Riyad Bank, in addition of being Chairman and Board Member of a number of other non-listed companies.
