Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,901.50 points, marking an increase of 13.97 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the communications service sector, the consumer discretionary sector, the financial sector and the material sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 806.95 points, marking an increase of 4.09 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 88 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,101,347 worth BD 463,947.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 36.39% of the total value of securities traded.
