Gulf Medical Projects said on Wednesday their board has resolved a cash dividend of 200 per cent of GMPC capital to the shareholders.

The dividend will be given to shareholders, who were registered in the company's register as of the record date May 24, and the last day to purchase the share is May 22 the company said in a statement posted on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange's website.

Shares of Gulf Medical Projects were up 14 per cent at Dh4.59.
