Al-Maidan Clinic for Oral Health Services Company K.S.C.P. is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company, established and registered in Kuwait on November 2, 1992. The company is involved in several activities, including: constructing and managing specialized medical centers, particularly in dentistry; hiring doctors, nurses, and technicians for the clinic and other entities, both within Kuwait and internationally; providing maintenance services for medical devices and equipment; managing various medical centers and clinics, and offering medical services to support these centers; conducting dental studies and research, and collaborating with the Ministry of Public Health in this field; establishing and managing specialized laboratories for dental prosthetics and implants; offering dental services to government and private institutions under contractual agreements; providing home medical services when necessary; purchasing medical devices and equipment for itself and others, and participating in both government and private tenders; owning properties and transportation necessary for the Group's operations; investing financial surpluses in portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities, both within and outside Kuwait; the Group may have interests in, or participate with, entities working in similar fields or those that assist in achieving its goals, both in Kuwait and abroad. It has the right to establish, participate in, or acquire such entities. The Company's shares are listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. It is a subsidiary of United Medical Services Company K.S.C. (Closed), which in turn is a subsidiary of Al Tafawoq United Holding Company K.S.C. (Closed) (formerly United Healthcare Holding Company K.S.C. (Closed)). The consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2024, were authorized for issue by the Board of Directors on June 26, 2024, and are subject to approval by the Annual General Assembly of the shareholders. The shareholders have the authority to amend these financial statements at the Annual General Meeting.
