ETIHAD Etisalat (Mobily) added Kuwait Ooredoo company to Raqi package list where subscribers can use free data roaming service, accordingly Kuwait has been added to the countries list accessed to Raqi package subscribers.

Raqi offers its subscribers free roaming access in numerous countries, including UAE, USA, France, Britain, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan. This free Internet access does not need prior subscription or any additional charges to be activated.

Athbi Alaqeel, General Manager, VIP Sales, in Mobily said: “We aim to provide the best services to Raqi package subscribers, which are not restricted to free data service during international roaming only, but Raqi subscribers can also get 200 free calling minutes outside the Kingdom, in addition, the priority and attention while calling senior customers care center 1100 in a way enabling them to get answer to their queries within few seconds.”

Raqi package has many unique features such as cash back benefit up to SR3,600 per annum as soon as subscribing in new Raqi package, where the subscriber can retrieve the value of the smartphone he purchases from any of Mobily branches and the value will be deducted from monthly bills over twelve months from the date of purchasing the device. Moreover, Raqi package allows its subscribers an exceptional travel experience through the international “Priority Pass” membership. Mobily is the first operator in the Kingdom that provides such a service, whether inside or outside the Kingdom.
