Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of international Ooredoo Group, has hailed the great success achieved by its unique Al Jahra drive–through branch and the excellent feedback received from customers, since it was officially opened earlier this year. Ooredoo’s Al Jahra drive-through branch offers customers a unique service, allowing them to complete any payments and purchases while remaining in their cars, providing them with high level of service at their convenience.

Commenting on the branches success Mijbil Alayoub, Director of Corporate Communications, at Ooredoo Kuwait said: “Ooredoo is very proud to be the fi rst telecom company in Kuwait to introduce the concept of a drive-through branch. We have received impressive feedback from customers and I am very pleased that the idea has achieved such a great success. We will continue to provide our customers with the highest levels of service along with the most innovative and recent products in the world of telecoms.”

Senior executives from Ooredoo Kuwait recently visited the company’s branches and strategic partners in the Al Jahra Governorate, which has more than 150 point of sales, to connect with customers’ and dealers. The latest branch in Jahra boasts a unique location with ample parking space, in addition to a designated section for business owners and entrepreneur services.

The new branch also has an on-site repair shop, and self-service kiosks for customers to use services without the need to queue for a representative to help them. The management’s visit to the branches and strategic partners aimed to identify methods to strengthen the company’s relationship with customers in order to continue to provide superior products and services.
