The company's activities as stated in its commercial register are as follows: general construction and restorations of residential and non-residential buildings, such as schools, hospitals, hotels, etc., buying and selling of land and real estate, as well as dividing it and off plan sales activities, management and leasing of owned or rented residential and non-residential properties.

View United Real Estate Development Co. is a publicly listed company on the Saudi Exchange's Parallel Market (NOMU), since December 2023.
