Headquartered in Dubai, with branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, Tamweel provides a wide range of products such as Murabaha, a fixed rate contract which enables the customer to pay a fixed rate in the form of profit throughout the financing period; Ijara, for ready property on fixed or flexible rates; Forward Ijara, a forward dated Ijara (lease) contract; Baiti, a finance for ready, as well as under-construction properties with fixed or flexible profit rate, specially designed for UAE/GCC nationals; Yusr, a Sharia-compliant adjustable repayment mortgage product for up to three years.
